If you are searching how to use SynoCell, you are probably tired of routines that never stick, and you want a straight answer before you spend money. The SynoCell website says to take two capsules each morning. The label counts two capsules as one serving, and a 60-capsule bottle holds 30 servings, so one bottle lasts about a month at that dose.

How do you take SynoCell each day?
The SynoCell website says to take two capsules each morning. The Amazon listing says to take two capsules daily with 6 to 8 oz of water. Both match the Supplement Facts panel, which lists one serving as 2 capsules and 30 servings per container.
We suggest picking a time you will remember, such as breakfast, and setting a phone alarm for the first few weeks. For a missed dose, ask customer service at hello@synocell.com what the company recommends before your next serving. Check the printed bottle for its own directions and storage instructions before your first dose.
How long does SynoCell take to work?
The SynoCell website says its effects are cumulative: “The longer you use it, the more effective it becomes.” The sales page at backpainscience.com says the effects on cartilage and joints “may take a bit longer to manifest, typically around 4 to 6 weeks.” Results differ from person to person. One Amazon customer reported improvement within two weeks.
A simple tracking plan makes the answer clearer for you:
| When | What to do | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Rate your knee, hip or back pain from 0 to 10, and note how it feels on stairs and first thing in the morning. | You need a starting point. |
| Weeks 1 and 2 | Keep the daily serving steady and note any new stomach upset. | Shows whether the routine is sitting well with you. |
| Weeks 4 to 6 | Compare with your day 1 rating. | This is the window the sales page gives for changes to appear. |
| Day 90 | Decide with your notes. | The seller’s money-back guarantee runs 90 days. |

What is in SynoCell?
The Supplement Facts panel on the label lists these amounts for each 2-capsule serving:
| Ingredient | Amount per serving |
|---|---|
| Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU) | 310 mg |
| Quercetin | 310 mg |
| Boswellia extract (Boswellia serrata) (gum resin), standardized to 65% boswellic acid | 200 mg |
| Hyaluronic acid | 180 mg |
| Black pepper (fruit) extract (BioPerine) | 5 mg |
The other ingredients are hypromellose (capsule), magnesium stearate, and silica from bamboo shoot extract. The label marks each Daily Value as not established.
If you want to read the research on boswellia, our research library has a page on boswellia benefits evidence that covers knee osteoarthritis studies.
Ask customer service which list is correct before you order. To read the research on glucosamine, see the glucosamine benefits evidence (our research library) page.
What are the side effects of SynoCell?
The SynoCell website says that “individual responses can vary,” and that the natural ingredients “are generally well-tolerated.” The same page says it is “always wise to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.”
Amazon reviewers report mixed experiences. One wrote that after stopping, “the diarrhea went away.” Another said the product “gives me an upset stomach,” and a third wrote that the capsules “make me nauseated.” Some reviewers said they felt no benefit at all.
Two allergy questions need answers before your first dose:
- Shellfish. The seller’s site, synocell.com, carries an allergy disclaimer saying the product contains shellfish (shrimp, crab, crayfish, lobster), and some Amazon reviewers say the same. If you have a shellfish allergy, confirm with the seller and a clinician before taking it.
- Soy. The Amazon listing says SynoCell is free from soy, but the label lists avocado/soybean unsaponifiables. If you have a soy allergy, ask before you start.
If you take any prescription medicine, check it first. The Cleveland Clinic drug information page advises you to “Give your health care provider a list of all the medicines, herbs, non-prescription drugs, or dietary supplements you use.” Ask your pharmacist or clinician to review the label against your medicines. You could say: “I’m considering SynoCell, which lists boswellia, quercetin, ASU, hyaluronic acid and black pepper extract. Can you check it against my medicines?”
If you notice new stomach upset or any new symptom after starting, call your clinician before your next serving.
How much does SynoCell cost?

The page says bottles arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
How do SynoCell refunds and cancellation work?
The SynoCell website describes a 90-day “Back to Life” Ironclad Guarantee. To claim it, contact customer service by email, and the site says you will receive “a full refund, no questions asked.” The sales page adds that you can send back an empty bottle. Email hello@synocell.com. The label lists 833-600-SYNO.
The sales page says SynoCell is available “exclusively through our official website and authorized distributors.” An Amazon listing under the SynoCell name also appears, and one Amazon review says the item “cannot be returned on Amazon.” Confirm with hello@synocell.com whether the guarantee covers Amazon or other purchases before you buy.
Is SynoCell safe, and what do reviews say?
The SynoCell website says its statements “have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.” That means FDA has not reviewed SynoCell’s claims. A 1994 Government Accountability Office report described FDA’s objective for regulating dietary supplements as ensuring that they are safe and that their labeling claims are truthful and not misleading.
The Amazon listing shows 4.0 out of 5 stars from 1,244 ratings. Its review summary counts 121 mentions of pain relief, with 86 positive and 35 negative. Most value-for-money mentions on Amazon were negative (42 of 49). Several reviewers call it a scam because of what they see as inaccurate claims.
Could I just do the routine myself?
Some people would rather build their own routine. If you go that way, talk with a pharmacist or clinician first, because several of these ingredients can interact with medicines, as covered above. Daily walking, simple strength moves and a pain log need no purchase at all. A capsule cannot do those parts for you. Keep a daily pain note, and log flares during the day using our guide to pain flares during work.
Before you order, check these
- Email hello@synocell.com to confirm the full ingredient statement, including shellfish and soy.
- Ask which ingredient list is correct, since the SynoCell website’s FAQ names glucosamine and MSM and the label does not.
- Ask how cancellation works, and confirm today’s price, shipping and bonus terms at checkout.
- Check the printed bottle for its directions and storage, and talk with a pharmacist or clinician before you start if you take any prescription medicine.
- Write your start date on the bottle and set a day 90 review on your calendar.
